Hey Guys,

Has anyone been sober enough to pour over the prospectus (424B3) that JTS filed yesterday. I read some of it but it's one of those 200 terabyte files that usually has one line of important information buried somewhere near the end.

And XMonger. . . I have a question you might be able to answer. When a 144 is filed, does it mean the stock has already been sold or does it notify the SEC of an intent to sell in the future (or that day)? And am I correct that 144's are only filed when a stockholder is selling? Any help is appreciated.
