When SBX trade under 0.50, the volume is smaller. Furthermore, the two biggest seller (TK and Global) are much less active (under 0.50). The warrant's hypothesis (see post #425) seems very good.

Now, the most important thing for us is that the deal will be done. This tread said last week, the deal is done. Can someone confirm again.
