Talked to Paul Henry today.

I called Mr. Henry Friday morning and he returned my phone call today. I wasn't expecting the call so I asked questions that were asked before and debated to death. Paul Henry is easy to talk to and will answer all questions he has knowledge of. I would encourage everyone who is concerned about his or her investment or in need of clarification to call.

1. The Vision paper will be put up soon on TSIG.COM (no exact date given). Golin/Harris will be involved in writing it.

2. The third quarter we will have positive cash flow and the fourth quarter we will be profitable.(Paul's words) Of course this can change depending on the amount of new business we get.(my words)

3. Golin/Harris contract is setup the same as Amazon's and many others each month TSIG selects which services Golin will perform for them. Golin is getting all the investor relations materials together and there will be a Road Show next month where Golin will talk to analysts and potential long-term investors. Golin/Harris is paid in cash.

4. I may not of understood this right but anyway Paul said that they are using strictly Microsoft products and will be a preferred provider of those products (not sure what that means). Guess they will use strictly Microsoft products when developing web sites for customers.

5. Photocard site is being worked on completion date wasn't known. Still No info on UK portal.

6. Mymusiccard site should have complete functionality (CD downloads etc.) by June 1.

Now the heavy stuff

1. There will probably be a shareholder meeting to increase shares this will be needed for multiple purposes. TSIG is currently seeking additional financing but due to the stock price is having difficulty that's where Golin comes in there main job of course is to find a way to get the stock price up. Paul feels as I do that the stock price is ridiculously low. Now even if the PP holders wanted to convert their shares now they couldn't because it would take at least 3 months or more to register them. TSIG hopes to have other financing in place at that point so they can pay off the PP and use the rest for company growth. Then the additional shares can be used for acquisitions (the other reason for the increase).

2. The infamous Rob Gordon loan agreement will remain in place until adequate financing is found and then it will go poof.

The above two points were bashed to death however I felt a need to post them because Marty and Bob's credibility was questioned on this thread. IMO this is a good company that is only going to get better.

Sit tight longs and hang on during the bumps.

It appears like we may need to issue more stock (read: print money) because we can't at this stage anyway get adequate conventional financing. I do not have a problem with that if they cancel the infamous RG loan agreement. My fear would be the dilutive effect if we print more shares AND RG has to convert down the road......

Comments? Thanks for sharing Greg!

I'll only make this comment: No editorial opinion on my part, but at least some past history here was disclosed. Unlike this:

latimes.com

Hitsgalore.com Inc., whose market value vaulted from $53 million to $1 billion in three months, tanked Tuesday as word spread that company official Dorian Reed hadn't mentioned his earlier troubles with regulators in filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
