Gary,

Yes, they are at near max according to Francois on the VTPI thread. The Max Auth is 40 Million. The company claims they will not RS, and have diluted to get inventory where requirements dictate they need to, or they can not play.

This stock has always had spikes. I usually get a response from them by email, but not the last time I tried.

Good luck to any who play this, and again use caution.
