Yes, Kimberly, you're right. But some brokers require certain restrictions on your ability to trade the stock if you participate. eg Schwab.

On the other hand, PTEK is completely liquid, and you can enjoy riding the momentum.

Several recent hot IPO's have also fallen hard after opening at 2X or 3X their IPO price. So there are pros & cons to going with the IPO itself initially.

Question : Do you see XSNI as a trading vehicle or a real investment potential.?

Presently, I do not feel there is enough information (fundamental or otherwise) to view XSNI as a viable contender for web portal status. Many companies have thrown around larger subscriber numbers, but it seems more ironic when they are all free.

If there is no financial obligation for membership, then there is no obligation for retention, period.

Will they succeed on ad revs alone? I'm skeptical. Infrastructure and marketing costs to compete are tremendous in this area.

Then there is the quality of service issue. If you get what you've paid for, what do you get when you've paid nothing?

Of course, if you like to day trade it on buzz, that's another thing.

Best wishes.
