OG,
The funniest thing about the whole CSCO thing is that nobody gets that there might be an onion to which they should be peeling back layers. Does anybody really think that CSCO abandoned IP in favor of ATM? ATM has its place in the world of transport, but you just can't get the flexibility of applications that you can with IP. It doesn't seem to occur to them that CSCO may be executing a strategy and doing so with very few hiccoughs.
