To All,

With so many emails I have received lately, I had to come back only briefly. I must post this news for all investors and shorters of this stock. I will not debate any more on this thread with the naysayers. Please folks who are "invested" in ADVR, keep the faith!

Thanks for time and consideration!

The Wall Street Journal Interactive Edition -- March 7, 1997

Corrections & Amplifications

PETER GEORGESCU was named chief executive officer of Young & Rubicam Inc. in 1993 and chairman in 1994. Monday's Advertising column incorrectly stated his title and the dates he assumed these positions.

ADVANCED VIRAL RESEARCH Corp. says it wasn't the source of a payment to George Chelekis, whom the Securities and Exchange Commission said was paid for recommending its stock on his on-line newsletter. Another of the companies whose stock was involved in the case, Quest International Resources Corp., says it has no reason to believe that it is under investigation by the SEC. The companies were mentioned in a Feb. 26 article on the settlement of an SEC lawsuit against Mr. Chelekis.
