i tend to agree with you on some points. once you start make money, then the analysts have something that they can value the stock price by. at that point, its not like gnet is going to make 60$ a share next year to justify its stock price. i have fealt for a long time that they should reinvest more money into marketing, bigger acquisitions than these "under 10 million" buys, etc... how about some more media ?

in the long term though, i still love what they are putting together. i just dont see the importance of making money right now. we should have free e-mail, real-time quots on s.i. is a must being that it is a paid subscription service. i would even think about buying a small brokerage service and linking it in with si so you could use this site as a one stop shop. do all your trading, stock talk, analysis, etc.. in one place. then spend tons to market the hell out of it. the increased revenues would send the price to the moon. my worry here is that others are spending more money and will leap frog us in revenues and losses, but catch up and pass us later on.

just some of today's thoughts.
