John,

MINCA only has a contract-of-work, no concession!

The registry office shows Inversora Mael as the registered owner of Las Cristinas, as confirmed by the Supreme Court. You can't simply dismiss this as fiction, it is a fact.

You conveniently ignored the first three rulings favorable to Crystallex which HAVE NOT BEEN OVERTURNED as the decisions are final and binding. The fourth ruling dealt with a request to have resolutions of MEM (which granted mining rights) overturned. The Court, whose ruling was not unanimous and had a very strong dissenting voice, merely said that Crystallex did not have the grounds to request from the Supreme Court to do what Crystallex wanted it to do. The fourth ruling while contradictory with the previous three, did not overturn the latter!

Crystallex had chosen one of several avenues to enforce its rights. I won't get into a next Tuesday or next Thursday sterile debate. Let's leave the upcoming events speak for themselves.

My only point at this time, was to caution against interpreting PDG's recent announcements as meaning that all is well.

Maybe it is the repeated PDG announcements which, to use your own words should be called "are of historical, or perhaps nostalgic, interest"! LOL.

We shall. Crystallex may win or it may lose, but the saga is far from over.
