XNET up? I'd say some good news must be in the offing... Remember, this is a progressive Company that's going to forge ahead full steam and come up regularly with some non-hyped good news. Investors may also have realized that there will probably be a beneficial impact for established, Chinese run Company, as opposed to American new comers, as a result of the Embassy bombing.
