If Osicom makes it in the DWDM business, should they go in the Ripley's Believe it or Not book?

Can anyone out there shed some light on the believablity of Osicom's claims to have customers seriously evaluating the Gigamux, or is it all a hoax or a mirage? Or is that just what the shorts want the market to believe? What is the true value of the Gigamux?
