upgrades and has begun the deployment of high-speed Internet access
and digital video services. In addition to receiving TCA's cable
holdings and VPI Communications, Cox also will acquire TCA
subsidiary TCA Communications, a provider of high-speed Internet
access via cable modem and business-to-business data transmission
services."
