International Internet IntroducesSecond Auction Site for UpforBids.com

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 1999--International Internet,
Inc. ININ announced Wednesday that its second auction site,
UpforBids.com is set to begin operations in July, 1999.

The site will initially offer a person-to-person trading platform that offers sellers a vehicle
for listing their own items up for bid. Items will be
arranged for browsing by topic and buyers will bid through an automated, easy to use
online service. Unlike most auction sites which are
difficult to use, UpforBids.com will be designed to be extremely user friendly.

The new subsidiary will be a joint venture between International Internet and
AuctionAnything.com, Inc. UBUY . The new site will be located at
upforbids.com. A test sample of the site is available for viewing at
stogiesonline.com.

UpforBids.com will be in direct competition with other leading online Internet auction
sites such as ebay EBAY , Go2net's Haggleonline GNET ,
globe auctions @ theGlobe.com TGLO , Excite auctions XCIT , Yahoo auctions
YHOO , Amazon Auctions AMZN , Sales On Line Direct PAID ,
and ubid, Inc. UBID .

The company previously announced their first joint venture site with AuctionAnything,
www.stogiesauction.com, on April 15, 1999.
AuctionAnything is to deliver this site on May 30, 1999.
