My agent called and said the other agent did not present the contract, but that it didn't matter because our offer was lower than the other. A load off my mind. She's now working with our mortgage officer to arrange financing. I hope that the cruddy exterior of this house scares people off. I don't think it's as bad as it looks. Fingers crossed.
