Bill, I am planning the "attack" to get TJOB "discovered", now that we've both bought in. I grabbed 1000 shares at $12. the other day. I wondered why there has been no coverage initiated by any IPO internet sites on this NASDAQ stock. None on ipocentral.com, ipomaven.com or ipo.com. I checked with Hoover's (The Street.com), and they responded with this letter: Hope it helps. . . Dear Mr. XXXXX, (re:MAX) Thank you for contacting Hoover's Online. We are initiating coverage of this company on our database. The reason they were not covered during their IPO is because they are a foreign company and did not file electronically. We find out about companies filing to go public through Edgar Online. Edgar Online is an electric database of all US companies which have filed any documents with the SEC. Since topjobs.com is a foreign company, they were not required to file with the SEC, and therefore did not make it onto our database. I hope this answers your question.
