SLOJET,

A few problems? Yes I do. S-3 filed to sell 11+ million shares of stock into the public float of 4 million is a problem. The spin off of the larger revenue generating portion of the co. to try and pay off 27 million in losses and generate enough capital to continue operations is a problem. Changing the name of the co to Hypertech. to distance the money loser from the money maker (PCQuote.com) is a problem.

Now, to top it all off, an earnings delayed release. IR is giving different dates for release and being "quite" about the IPO progress, which was "intended" to be filed "within 30 days" of April 26th. Are we even talking to an underwriter? If so who?
