As you may guess, I look strictly at the fundamentals. These look pretty good, even though the price today is a little weak. The other big question in my mind is the management quality, and what you alluded to, whether management is shareholder sensitive. I have a position in another software firm, known as Information Advantage (IACO), which is less than satisfactory in this regard. Art
