I just spoke with Brian Ransom at CAOL:
He is still optimistic that BOTH the Lottery Kiosks and the ISP will receive favorable legal
oppinions. He has spent many years forming relationships in China, and feels the outcome will be
favorable.

Many of us have had questions as to what a "favorable legal opinion" actually is.This is how it was
explained to me. The CAOL lawyer must check all laws, both domestically and Chinia's. After
assertaining that it is legal to proceed, we will receive a "favorable legal opinion". Everything is still
going forth, if it was not, Brian R. assured me there would be a news release stating so.

We are all alittle early, this company will prove to be a good investment. I know how hard it is to
see a 5/8 bid...believe me I feel it too--but hang in there. I can call again and will ask any intelligent
questions. To me, we need a signing of the contract, and they are working on it. That is the best I
can ask for.

PS Lets not start worrying about online gambling, the revenue will be from the lottery-keep
focused.
