Joe, The article just said EDS must reevaluate its business plan. Was there more to it than that? That doesn't tell you much. As far as the brain drain is concerned, some of the top management needed to go. They were taking the company in a downward spiral. Les, Fernandes, and Rudin were all part of the problem and their dismal performance took the company from a leader to an also ran. I'm betting that Dick Brown can do the job. Good luck.
