i just got this from a trader friend:

Digital River (DRIV) has teamed up with Dell to provide electronic software deliver (ESD)
on Dell's Gigabuys Web site. This means that all
> software that is downloaded from Dell's Web site will be done using Digital River's
technology, and therefore Digital River will generate revenue from the sale of that software.

Digital River will not be issuing a press release related to this agreement, stating that while
it is material in terms of who the partner is, the financial impact of the agreement is still
unknown. We believe this to be a strong positive for Digital River since it demonstrates
Digital River's continued ability to win new contracts from top tier companies.
