As BRK a/b holds some very high multiple stocks such as KO and you're paying more than 2*book value for BRK a/b, its an awfully expensive way to buy some awfully expensive stocks.

And if you want to pay me 2*book for cash, I'll sell you all you want. Just keep the bank drafts rolling in. :-)

All the same, there have been very few places with less risk and better returns for anyone to put money than BRK.

But it's so large, that Buffett is practically constrained to selecting from the 100 or perhaps 200 largest cap stocks in the US given the size of the positions he has to take. Buffett's view of the "market" is much different than mine, and probably yours as well.
