Why go in the "backdoor" with SJIG when the "front door" is wide open with SLEU?

I learned my lesson with TSQD and DRIV. TSQD owns 3 million shares of DRIV. When DRIV IPO'd last August at 8 1/2, TSQD was a tad under 3. DRIV's stock soared into the stratosphere while TSQD languished.

SLEU is my preferred holding in relation to SJIG.
