Looks as if WCII is on the move!
I understand MCImetro has picked Winstar to provide comm. access to that
'last mile'. They, i.e., MCI had been testing Winstar's product for
6 months, and I believe they made the decision in mid Nov. Perhaps
that was the reason why WCII began to base in mid Nov. and now it is
on the move. From what I understand, AT&T might consider using Winstar too. Keep and eye on this one.
