bp, of course "somebody" knows something, but that is of little importance, IMHO, since the pressure is now on the shorts (a good 1.5 MM shares shorted at lower prices, IMO) to make a decision one way or another. The time window for another major retrenchment is rapidly disappearing (another month?), and the strength today should put a floor at about 69 on any such retreat. I think that AMAT is going to come out smelling like a rose next week and that will cause the SOX congestion at 428 to be pierced as well. Now, if we did not have a 78% bullish on investors sentiments, and a little less buying of puts in the SP, everything would be dandy. Zeev
