<<Charlotte's has 15 employees mostly engineers>> Kind of like I thought - not much infrastructure. Aligning with MRVC gets them to market quickly, without having to build a large infrastructure from scratch first. MRVC probably will supply much of the infrastructure, allowing engineers to engineer. They had to give up a large part of their company for this, but being late to THIS coming carrier market cycle could have meant failure.
