Well said Veritas, I agree that we should be very careful. I can wait a few more days until the 21st. I can tell you it will take enormous
amount of space for more waste to be processed. The large tanks are 26 feet high by 24 ft wide. I doubt Richmond has enough space for the amount of tanks required. We shall see on the 21st.

I am told from other sources, It may be feasible but unlikely. I should know more tonight, if it can be done or not.
