I have seen the down grades on CNTO. They might be a result of doing a favor for a potential acquirer. Said only half in jest. Or they might be for other reasons. "They" have been downgrading CNTO since late 98. I have yet to hear the stated reasons for such downgrades. However, one of them could be competition and not just that from Integrilin.
