Right on Wayne. I can cite the same observations. The company freely
admits that it has problems with the SoftRam95 version of the product
and continues to keep investors holding on with promises of a "patch"
which will remedy the snags in that version. However, there does seem
to be a reluctance on the part of the company to hammer the naysayers
with some solid, well supported P.R. In the mean time the stock has
traded to $2.50 - a far cry from the high of $32.

With regards to the short conspiracy, I heard that so long as a group
called Shareholder(?) Solutions was involved with the company, they
would continue to short the stock.

The question remains: "Is this a fantastic buy opportunity?"

I just got on the internet and this is the first time that I used this
service. But I gotta tell ya it's good to be able to talk to somebody
with the same concerns about Syncronys that I have had.
