Jim, we can all agree on one thing, I think.....

Anyone can buy or sell at anytime, I think.....

Let me throw out some of my personal opinions. Having known the President (Blystone) for a number of years, these are some of my personal observations:

1. He appears to me to be an overall one helluva nice guy.

2. He appears to be very savvy on various subjects that he involves the Company in.

3. He appears to be surrounding himself with extremely good staff and outsourcing companies.

4. He appears to be a genuine "wildcatter", which also explains a lot.

5. He appears to be moving the company in a number of directions at the same time, banking heavily on the ultimate value of oil and gas, or in other words, he has his fingers in multiple pies.

6. He appears to be able to make deals with big name companies, like Placer Dome, Texaco and Phillips Pete and those are only the ones I have heard about.

7. He appears to have "vision", but also the patience to put all the ducks in a row before moving forward.

8. He appears to be avoiding the taking on of large long term debt, which has to mean something for us common stock holders.

9. He appears to have the keen sense to take advice from the "big name" oil & gas companies on projects like Holly (on this one I have to avoid the name, so please forgive).

10. He appears to have the courage to go after the big hit, like at Ekho, but also the ability to raise huge amounts of required funding, the caution to understand the perils that await such a deep drill, and the moxie to put together a huge land lease holding before the others started snatching it up.

11. Did I say "he was a nice guy"?
