Hey Joe,

PLCOP
I spoke with my broker at Scottsdale and he told me that he had PLCOP/PLCOW listed as "Not Convertible" but gave me a number he had listed as their transfer agent. It was Continental Stock and Transfer Company (212-509-4000). I finally managed to get someone there that could give me direction. They said that you'd need to send them your stock certificate and a letter stating that you wanted to convert your Preferred/Warrant shares and then they would do that AFTER they got counsel approval from the company itself. So I called Play CO (925-934-9531) and spoke to Maria Elena Cocchiaro there and she told me that the preferred shares had to be held for two years after their issue. They were issued 12-29-97 so you'd have to hold until 12-29-99. Hope this helps and I hope the stock continues its upward movement for you and the rest of the guys. I don't own any shares yet but if I do buy in, I'd probably be looking to just buy and sell the stock and not worry about the conversion process.

Sincerely,
Aegis
