Ken, sorry if my statement wasn't clear enough. In my mind neither Nexabit nor Avici have operational OC-192. Nexabit claims that it has OC-192 hardware and doesn't say that it's operational. Avici says that it's connected through Notrtel's OC-192 gear but doesn't say if it's OC-192 or channelized OC-192. Thus I don't see that Avici has OC-192. There is fine difference between being connected through transport node and operating at full bandwith capacity. I bet that that box can split OC-192 into OC-48 channels. BTW, working at OC-48 is a major milestone. Not too many companies got so far. Regards, chechaco
