Maybe they'll work that well, maybe they won't. I'm sure the car companies will find a way to sell refurbished fuel cells in new and used cars--probably at new engine prices. People get tired of the vehicle from aesthetic aspects like internal wear, dirt, sameness etc., etc.. At any rate the fuel cell should eliminate the need for an auxiliary generator for the home. The car unit could very well work fine for that.
