Tom- increased capacity- I think everyone is missing the point! What I heard is you don't need a lot of extra storage capacity. The increased waste - liquid waste will be evaporated down to 15% of its original amt. before it gets to the storage tanks. Most of it is liquid (water)! It will then be mixed with the other waste before it get fermented. The result we get a lot more of tipping fees for lower quality waste and the end product increases. I am not a techy - so don't quote me! This what i heard!
