That you may have to ask a double agent who works both for China and CIA, like the one who tipped off about Chung. Who knows who is spying whom?

And hey, what is the big deal even if China does spy on US? Don't two countries always spy on each other? Why only allows CIA -- the US -- to spy on China or other countries, not the other way round? After all, both countries are sovereign countries, aren't they? Oops, I've forgot US is believing in hegemonism.
