I was reading the SINC thread on www.ragingbull.com - there's some wild stuff being posted there. A few of the rumors circulating over there: 100 million in additional financing and "billions" in contracts. Does anyone here have any concrete substantiation of these rumors? I'm going to phone SINC IR myself, but any corroborating evidence would be great.
