The latest spin is that Rubin's resignation signals that all's well in the International 'crisis' arena. 'His job is done' kinda sentiment. Although I the chief commentator at CNBC seems to suggest otherwise that Rubin is exiting at possibly the peak of the bull market.... Market seems to have shruggged it off...
