I have a couple of questions, I'm wondering if somebody can help me with them. How many share will be outstanding once AAG and VSY consolidate? Also, I see the value in AAG, but what does VSY have to bring into the new union ? Does VSY have a property with something on it ???????? Any Thoughts would be welcomed ! THANKS
