Walter, JMHO that EDIG's OS is a key feature in the portable digital markets. I'm not interested in comparing the formats competing for the internet music market. I want to know of an alternative OS. You mentioned that there may be one. I think that examples are important since EDIG does not have an exclusive arrangement with Lucent. The answer to my question is not located in the 10K. I have not seen a viable alternative. Best of luck, Kerry
