What I see as positives:

Series B and C conversions are done.
All deals are moving forward.Qwest trial expanded with LCI.
Markman bullish on MSFT-Nextel deal,good for magicTalk.
Many internet cos. talking to GMGC. Are hot. Kenya will fly.
Much better quality of analyst coverage/questions.
They feel they can penetrate 6% of Bell South subscriber base.

What I see as negatives:

No real revenue projections, just will be significant in 2nd half.
Qwest delayed beyond Q2 due to LCI acquisition.
Hint that other Carriers won't occur in Q2.
Portico $156k, though not surprising.
Cash will last only through year end...then more dilution I guess
Nothing said to jazz up investors about short term.

I am sure there are other things on both sides of the ledger. No bombshells, though I am disappointed about the Qwest delay. I think we will see more Internet deals being announced in the short term, but Markman is SO conservative in his approach. I guess that is good for the long term. Still 88% retail ownership of the stock, so we will continue to be moved both ways by traders. I did like very much the increased questions asked by quality investment houses like Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns. At least they seem to be getting closer to committing, but they don't like it when they cannot get hard revenue projections.
