How ya doin? As I mentioned to you a few days ago, I went by NHLT today. Didn't have a lot of time, but here is what I have for first drive by for what it is worth. Nothing too indepth, but a beginning.
Physical plant = Very good condition building in up scale industrial park in Warminster, PA. Exterior building area was very clean, grounds well kept. Didn't have time to go in this time, but I did talk with one of their employees. She has only been with company for 6+ months, and is their graphics design person. Asked how she thought the company was doing, she said it was her opinnion that they were doing very well. What was her general opinion of stability of company and what general mood was employees, she said company seems to be stable and she thought company was going to be around for a long time, business was very good, and employees happy with company and glad to be working there. Asked her if she were investor, would she feel comfortable investing her hard earned money in NHLT, she said absolutely. Folks, I know this is NOT scientific or anything close. I am not professional, just a small stock person that lives near company. I just wanted to report here what I saw today, thought it might be amusing if not interesting or worthwhile to ya'all. I would be more than happy to go back and ask any more "educated" questions anyone would like me to ask, or to make any observations anyone asks me to. Just let me know. I own no NHLT shares yet, but am seriously considering. Would appreciate those of you that have followed this stock for a while passing on your opinion as to whether or not I should. Take care all.
