The stock trades at less than 10 times earnings and yields close to 11%, and is valued at half what I would argue the assets are worth - at minimum. I would hardly expect the fundamental prospects to look "inspiring". Welcome to the world of deep value investing. I like to say that when you buy something for half what its worth all the surprises tend to be good ones. So far with this company that has not been the case by any means. But $10 a share looks like one hell of an opportunity to me.
