Just for your information, rulings from the Supreme Court of Venezuela are final and unappealable, thus the first three rulings are in cement. The matter presented in the fourth ruling is also closed. Crystallex would therefore not pursue the SAME argument, just another one from the several I understand they have.

Enough banter for the El Callao shareholders. All I wanted to point out is that mining is far from being in the forefront of priorities in Venezuela. Oil comes first. Constitutional issues will take up a lot of room for the next several months as we approach the elections in August (?) for a constituent assembly. And still no new Mining Law yet. Plus the Imataca Forest Reserve is a hot issue from an environmental point of view.
