Yea right! This is an idea with some interesting wrinkles, but ... How much money would you like to have had in Iran during the hostage crisis? How much money would you like to have in Iraq? How much money would you like to have in Indonesia? Russia? Chechnia? Nigeria? Kabinda/Angola? Columbia? Guerilla wars, real wars, no legal protections, fanatics and mad bombers .... naa ... not for me. You get the idea?
