Captaintime - 34 million shares not 64 million; I asked him how many were in the float and he did not know what "float" was; these guys are great at the management and running the company but they are NOT familiar with the way of business ion the US market - like terminology and strategy.

Robert Manning told me they filed the wrong forms and now have to go through the process to have the ticker moved to the other board and "they are in that process right now" and that the company hired Lehman Brothers in New York City to handle this process after they realized there is much more to this than they initially thought.

He was "proud" to have hired Lehman Bros and felt quite sure that they are going to do an excellent job.

So I figured I would have to contact Lehman Brothers in NYC to get more information. I asked Robert Manning if he had their number handy, kind of caught him off guard. I know that when XSTREAM filed those papers with the SEC they intentionally filed for the OTCBB because they are accustomed to operating like a private company. BUT THEY WANT THE MONEY AND STATUS OF THE US BIG BOARD. The same status of those they have aligned and associated themselves with.

They are still interested in that IPO so I guess that they will issue those 30 million shares when they get upgraded to the correct board. That is a question I will ask Lehman Bros. And about the float. I sure wish you would have given me these questions yesterday before I called this morning. However, when I call Lehman Bros tomorrow, as I don't think anyone else has, I will ask those questions.

Are there any other questions that need to be addressed when I make this call? I'd like to get them together and ask what we need to know and what is pertinent.

My trip won't begin until Saturday AM - but I can use my dad's computer to visit the threads! Isn't the internet great???!!!:) And when I go on my cruise, I have a palm top with modem access, for emergencies...:)!

Anyway, please post questions and I shall check them in the AM like around 6 AM central and make my call around 9:30. Thanks, Jacalyn
