So you would attempt to screw the World's Richest Man out of literally billions of dollars?

It could only happen as a negotiated settlement either in response to a loss or the expectation of a loss. And it wouldn't screw Gates or anyone else out of anything. As I said, insiders and Microsoft itself would get shares in the new company. They'd be non-voting, but dividend yielding shares.
