What an amazing situation to be in ..a little bit like a nightmare... to be a r&d company and have patent/ownership issues ok, but to be at the stage of releasing a product and not know if the company really by definition exists thats different. My only real question is if Dolgoff signed an agreement that all patents, agreements etc. belonged to the company why wouldn't that be it ..case closed. Everything else that could be dealt with in court really shouldn't matter . The lawyer gets up after hearing Dolgoff complain how he invented this or that and says heres his signature on the paper assigning all rights to PJTV doesn't matter if he has any claims or not his signature is on the paper.....
