Caxton - Were you just perusing through the bankruptcy files after dinner? Nice find.

I don't quite get the last line in the report though that the court still needs to think of what kind of remedy to take. Why not just make'em pay the extra $400 m as you suggest. Anyway, what was the Q's ownership. When Nextwave when backrupt we were all glad that the Q was only exposed to the extent of $20 million equity - though the forgone sales to the infra group is partly why that group got into trouble. Is the Q's $20 million equity translatable into a substantial percentage of the equity? I wonder if MCI is still obligated to buy its x?? billion minutes? Tom
