1. I was making a toungue-in-cheek comment.
2. I don't know why...I just know what I heard from a friend. Sometimes companies buy others for PR. Sometimes they buy them for product. Sometimes they buy them when they see something many others don't. Can't answer your question in a fully reliable manner.
