I'll bet:
2 qtr revenue to be highest ever, to reverse a trend of very negative
earnings in each of previous 2nd quarters.
(Some one time charges led to those negatives)
Prospects: Many managers are approving single user purchase of Unix upgrades, Linux based & Java enabled, Unix Server system software.
Multi seat license purchases will be delayed until y2k issues are over. Better results in 2000 AD.
SCOC can manage the $36 million transfer for stock
cashed out by Novell'ers, and purchase/leverage another company for stock only then, Redesign the Retail BOX to compete with Red Hat.....
Very large customer base, can they be induced to lease, license
new product now, don't wait til 2000???
