Radar, No foul taken my friend. You know that I have played this one both ways a few times. I have my protection set, just in case. Perhaps the IPO mania blinds people to the obvious problems of the co. I know that Porter is a chessplayer par excellance and may have held up the earnings thing, just to time it right along with some blurb about the IPO. The end of the week should tell the difference I guess. I assume that you are presently long on the stock so I will not go at odds with you as I know that you are an great trader and researcher.
